Full Stack AI Engineer

Build high-end, complex AI projects at Hidden Harvest. From design to development, with the latest tools and for real clients.

Who we are

Hidden Harvest builds custom AI automation for Dutch companies. High bar, ambitious clients, systems that go live and get used every day. We don't write reports. We build and deploy, and we stay accountable for what we ship.

Your role

You'll work in a tight-knit team of experienced builders, with direct lines to clients. You own your projects from start to finish, but you're never on your own: architecture, reviews and the hard calls we make together.

  • Take projects from architecture to live system
  • Work directly with clients on what to build and how it works
  • Build and deploy full-stack with a modern AI stack
  • Use agentic workflows to build faster

What we expect from you

You're a builder who ships production systems on your own. Show us what you've built: GitHub, side projects, something that's live. That tells us more than a transcript.

You work with AI tooling like Claude Code and know how to get the most out of agentic workflows. You're clear with clients in Dutch and own what you ship.

You're a student (university or applied sciences: computer science, AI, econometrics, or self-taught).

The stack, or the willingness to get up to speed fast:

  • Next.js / React
  • FastAPI / Python
  • Postgres / Supabase
  • Render / Vercel

What you can expect from us

A market-rate hourly fee, flexible around your studies. Full ownership of your own projects within a team that thinks with you. The latest AI-engineering tooling, a broad mix of clients and techniques, and products that clients use under tight deadlines.

But above all: a place you want to be. We talk through ideas all day and argue out the best way to build something. You learn the craft by being in the room while it happens.

How to apply

Send us your CV and tell us how you learned to code and what your experience is. Built something already, like side projects or other work? We'd love to hear about it.

What you build is who you are.
