Embracing Sports rents out bone growth stimulators on a specialist's referral, and the devices are handed out at the plaster rooms. We built a dashboard that follows every device, from the order until it comes back.
The question
How do you know at any moment where every stimulator is and when the deposit has to be refunded?
01 · The situation
An order came in through the webshop, and the deposit and the treatment ran through Silvasoft. The team tracked issue, rental period, return and the deposit refund in a spreadsheet.
To know where a device stood, someone had to put those three sources side by side every time.
02 · What we built
We built a dashboard that follows every stimulator, from the order to the return. The deposit comes straight from Silvasoft, so nobody has to copy it over.
The team enters the current rentals once, and from then on every device runs through the same overview.
03 · What it brings
The team sees on one screen which devices are out, which are due back and which still have an open deposit. Nobody has to put three sources side by side anymore.

The deposit from Silvasoft: the amount comes straight from the accounts.
