Real-Time Treatment Registration

Embracing Care runs plaster rooms where practitioners ("gipsmeesters") fit braces and casts. Hidden Harvest is digitising how they register treatments and materials used in care: a tablet-first web app on the floor feeds a central dashboard for the office and pushes billing straight into Silvasoft: faster, cleaner, and built to scale from one location to many.

01 · The Challenge

Registration ran on paper

Treatment registration in the plaster room relied on paper and free-text notes, re-keyed later into the billing system. That led to inconsistent codes, double entry, avoidable errors and extra correction rounds, with little real-time visibility into what was used, what it cost, or how locations compared.

02 · The Vision

Fast on the floor, clear in the office

The goal was a process that works for the people doing the work: fast, few taps, low error risk, while giving the office and management reliable data, clean billing inputs, and operational insight without adding complexity.

03 · The Solution

Tablet in, invoices out

Hidden Harvest built an offline-first tablet web app for quick, structured registration in the treatment room. Registrations sync to a central backend, surface in a management dashboard for control and insight, and are aggregated into Silvasoft as invoices automatically: no manual re-entry. It runs live today and is built to roll out location by location.

04 · The Result

Live, and billing itself

The first location is live on the tablet app, with the Silvasoft integration turning a month of registrations into invoices on its own: 11 so far, with no manual invoice entry. Eight more locations are queued to roll out onto the same system.

A look at the work

01 · Start of the shift

Every location runs its own tablet. A gipsmeester picks their name to start the day, and the day overview keeps count as registrations come in.

This gives us a much cleaner way to register work on the floor, while the office gets more reliable inputs and less correction work. It's a practical step that makes the operation easier to run and easier to scale.
