The question
How do you bring matching, the growth assessment and member management together in one place that works on the phone too?
01 · The situation
Matching, the growth assessment and member management ran on separate tools. A matchmaker looked for a suitable mentor for every entrepreneur by hand.
02 · What we are building
Entrepreneurs sign up, take the growth assessment and get up to three mentor proposals after payment. When a mentor accepts, they offer three moments to start right away.
Messages, profiles and admin for the team sit in the same place, and everything works on the phone too.
03 · What it will bring
In November a test group of mentors moves over first and then all members, each with their own invitation link. Early next year phase two follows with events, programmes and an academy.
Goals
One place: sign-up, assessment, matching and messages in the same place.
Focused proposals: up to three mentors per entrepreneur, which the matchmaker rarely needs to change.
On the phone too: the member area works on any screen.
Ready for more: events, programmes and the academy join in phase two.
